Simply Flowers

Have ordered flowers a few times. Beautifully arranged and very happy. Reliable friendly service.

When I called, they have a location elsewhere in the GTA.

This place is simply THE WORST. I ordered sympathy flowers after pooling money with a group of friends — it was supposed to be a beautiful massive splash for the service — white lillies, some assortment of light to dark purple flowers, the picture online looked beautiful (how convenient that the «Sacred Garden Spray» that I ordered for $ 250 is no longer online and I can’t link it — it also seem like the picture is a copy of other websites).
When I got to the service, the spray was HALF THE SIZE of what it was supposed to be, and although the site makes you agree to «substitutions» (in case they don’t have the exact flowers or what not) — I did not expect the flowers to be a completely different colour scheme than what I’ve ordered (just flowers of all kinds of different colours).
This place is absolute crap and the last thing people need when attending a funeral service is to realize that they also got ripped off.

If I could give this store a zero rating, I would. My friend’s boyfriend ordered a dozen rainbow coloured roses online for her and it was just garbage. The picture on the website looks absolutely gorgeous but when she received them they were wilted and dull. They phoned the shop and complained and the owner said to return the flowers by 6pm today but they were working all day, so the owner said she would have to charge $ 12+tax shipping each way if they wanted her to pick up the flowers.
The roses were already $ 85 plus $ 12 and taxes. Needless to say, they refused to pay another $ 30 to get new roses. The owner let it slip that the flowers were in the store for 5 days but blamed my friend for not putting it in the water/​plant food properly. When my friend complained about the poor service and that she will refrain from buying flowers here in the future, the owner basically said «I don’t need your business, so many other people got their flowers without a complaint». The owner obviously doesn’t care about her business or her customers.
