Simcoe Place Health Clinic was founded out of a desire to establish a new kind of health care clinic, a place where people could go to get all of their health needs taken care of under one roof.

The goal was to create an integrated, health care clinic where patients have access to a team of expert health care professionals who focus on preventative care and disease management.
