It’s very easy to get me to give a 4 or 5 star for a sharwarma place. Hot grill chicken with fresh vegetables wrap in a pita and toasted. Yummy. Not much is expected from the ambiance either. so it’s very hard to go wrong. But this place did! I went during lunch and there was a line up of 8 or 9 people to out the door with only one server. I was really hungry but figured it would be a 15 min wait. My estimate would have been correct, it was 13 mins when he got to me. But he made my sandwich PLUS7 the people after me before he gave me mine. My sandwich was on the edge of the press grill and did not get heated plus it was another 10 mins wait so total 25 – 30 mins. The Chicken sharwarma itself was smaller than I’m use too. Despite me being starving and losing about 2 lbs while waiting the sandwich was not tasty. Chicken pieces were cut too small, too dry, and too chewy. Sauce and other ingredients did not blend well together. Plus it was too small of a portion. I’m the type of guy that can order one entrée for both my girlfriend and I or take half of the meal home. If you are in the area I recommend Indian Roti House which is just 2 blocks west.
