Description

Specialties

Seven Seeds Studio is a multidisciplinary studio offering the practice of YOGA passed down from several traditions. We strive to honor the roots and wisdom of each of the ancient practices while at the same time, building a meaningful framework for bringing the benefits of the practice into modern living. Though yoga lineages vary, each teacher at our studio shares the common approach of awareness of safety and alignment. Ultimately, each YOGA tradition shares the same aim– integrating the quiet truth of who and what we really are with our actions, thoughts, and speech– to create inner peace, health and wholeness. If you can breath, you can practice yoga.

History

Established in 2005.

Seven Seeds Studio is the longest running yoga studio in the Leslieville Community of Toronto. We have grown with the gentrification of the neighbourhood which has offered it’s challenges but ultimately has gifted the amazing rewards of growing a diverse and committed body of students eager to learn and explore.
