History

Established in 2007.

After moving to Toronto in 2006, Sarah Nottingham began her journey in the big city by starting her own private practice within a wellness centre, located in Toronto’s west end. Working alongside a group of like-minded individuals has taught Sarah the importance of treating a person as a whole compared to focusing on a specific symptom. During this time she also worked part time at a Sports Medicine clinic providing exposure to a wide range of athletes and gaining experience in treating many sports related injuries. Over the years Sarah has completed a number of post-graduate courses offering a multitude of treatment options, such as Therapeutic Massage, Prenatal Massage, TMJ Dysfunction, Hot Stone Massage and Traditional Thai Massage. Most recently she has been busy studying Cranial Sacral therapy with the Upledger Institute and aspires to study Infant Massage in 2016. Sarah can now be found at her new clinic, Ohana Wellness Clinic, located in Bloor West Village.
