Very disappointed, went today to have my usual manicure, pedicure, shellac, and waxing and left soon into the pedicure. All metal tools used need to be sterilized between uses and all pumice stones are one time use as they can spread bacteria… THIS WAS NOT DONE. I had to remind the girl before she used any implement to get a sterilized one. When informed about the pumice stone, she asked if I wanted to BUY one for today’s use. I’ve been going there for years and never had an issue until today and will never go back as I do not wish to get a blood born disease such as Hep A, Hep B, HIV, etc. Will be reporting them to the health department tomorrow.
Don’t believe me about the sterilization, look it up and do your homework.
