Saigon Optical

I finally found my go to glasses place! Price is great, the selection is awesome, and the service is amazing! They really go out of their way to satisfy the customer. Everyone is very friendly. Justin was the one who helped me the most and he has been amazing (although the lady who first helped me picked my glasses was great as well)! He was patient in helping me choose my frames and listening to my concerns.
When I bought my sunglasses from them and noticed that there was a scratch on the frame when I got home, I brought it back the next day and they allowed me to pick a different pair of sunglasses with no questions asked (they couldn’t give me a replacement of the same glasses since the model was discontinued). When I picked a new pair out, they had to take some time to prepare the prescription lenses. Because of that wait, they allowed me to continue to use my currently scratched pair of sunglasses so I wouldn’t be without one and swap them once my new sunglasses were ready.
I also made a special request on the tinting on the lenses and when it wasn’t quite as I wanted it, Justin took it back to re-​tint the lenses with no hesitation.
I’m really satisfied with their service and I’ve been recommending them to my friends and family ever since! I’m always hesitant when it comes to buying from independently owned stores, especially in Chinatown but I completely trust Saigon Optical that they will back their products and will follow through with their warranty as promised.

I have only ordered contacts from them twice but I got myself in a bit of a situation a few weeks ago in which Justin of Saigon Optical went above and beyond to help me out.
I had a special event to go to on a Saturday and the night before, I lost my last right contact. I rushed into the store in the morning just before the event hoping to a sample to get me through the day. It turns out that places don’t really carry samples of contacts for astigmatism but they were able to provide me with a pair of regular contacts that were very close my my prescription.
On top of that, Justin ordered me three right contacts (I don’t know why I always lose my right ones!) to go with the three left ones I still had. No charge! Thank you!

Lan is the most help and sincere sales rep there — she is easy to get along and funny in her own way.
I dislike the male owner, Phong though — a bit of a snob, that one, but is wife is a charmer.
I go there for my contact lenses and with the variety of designer glasses they’ve got, you will not run out of options.
It’s a mixed-​bag with this place. Outside of the male owner, everyone else is pleasant.
