This is my new favorite running room location. What sets this location apart from the others — it’s packed with friendly knowledgeable staff.
I’ve been to other running room locations where it isn’t as easy to get assistance, either because they are understaffed or the staff on site just aren’t interested. This location is different. The staff member who assisted me asked me about what I was looking for, running habits, upcoming races, etc. I ended up buying a new pair of shoes and winter running tights.
I’d definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for advice from the sales associates!

I needed to replace my sneakers. My knee’s been bugging me lately so I wanted to make sure I got a supportive pair that are made for walking. I figured the Running Room was a good place to go since they run running and walking clinics.
Kaitlin took good care of me. She watched while I walked so I’d get the right arch support. I asked her lots of questions and she was very patient with me. I ended up trying on eight pair and bought two.
