Went in to this Rogers Plus location in order to get an iPhone upgrade setup for my wife. Knowing how Rogers works, I was ready for an epic battle. To my surprise, the experience of upgrading in store was amazing. The store was a little grubby looking, but the staff were friendly and easy going. They took care of her upgrade in a matter of minutes and we were able to walk out with a fully functional iPhone and upgraded service plan within 10 minutes.
It’s not a pretty store, but they definitely go the job done well. Painless.

If you like being ignored while the employees behind the registers carry on personal conversations then this is the place for you. There is only one person at this location that seems to genuinely be friendly… and I am pretty sure he is new. The positives are that this place is clean and has a decent selection of new releases. The negatives are that the employees are indifferent and that the selections of older movies sucks! If this wasn’t the closest Roger’s to my home I would ditch this place.
