Yes, it’s true, I have quite a lot of complaining to do when it comes to Rogers, but this store location is a breath of fresh Rogers air.
I live right by this Rogers Plus and have always had a wonderful and satisfying customer service experience. Every staff member has been more than pleasant and accommodating AND honest. I think they might understand the flaws of dealing with Rogers via the phone better than anyone!
It’s pretty busy in the evening, so I would suggest a mid day visit if possible! I’ve never felt rushed, and they have always taken their time to look at my phone, bring up my file, and give me great advice.
Flaw — they don’t seem able to do much (ie. they always direct me back to the phone for major problems), but that’s not their fault… just one of the many craptastic Rogers’ qualities.
They carry phones, cases, laptops/​netbooks, and have a decent selection of all of these things. I’m thankful for this store if I’m dealing with a Rogers problem!
