Established in 2012.

River Rock Health was born out of a love of Nature and a metaphor for life. Like water, in this fast-​paced world we are busy getting carried away by the rush of day-​to-​day experiences, unaware that, like rocks, we are also being shaped by the environment around us. Balance is key and I think healing has a lot to do with embodying characteristics of both rock and water.

Business Owner

Originally from Muskoka, Ontario, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Biology in Nova Scotia. I then completed my education in Toronto to become a registered Naturopathic Doctor. I have always been split in my career decision between Artist, Environmentalist and Healthcare Professional. As an ND I get do do a little of everything!

My biggest goal is to support people in their journey to wellness and provide them with the tools needed to create their own toolkit for wellbeing. I believe each body has the innate ability to heal and my job is to help connect that person with the wonderfully vast resource they are. I hope to meet you in my private practice to help you Speak Your Truth, Walk Your Path and Live Your Purpose.
