Dr. Rival’s Toronto cosmetic surgery practise is limited exclusively to the face and neck. He is well known for his expertise in rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty and offers computer imaging to help visualize the potential of these surgeries. Dr. Rival has lectured nationally and internationally on rhinoplasty. Since 2006 he has been Co-​director of an annual instructional course in Toronto for other surgeons with a focus on rhinoplasty. This has attracted surgeons from across Canada and the United States. His philosophy is always to create natural results without leaving signs of surgery.
