I have had two experiences here, none of which were positive.
First experience: had to wait forever for my prescription to be filled, then came home, could not open the container as the cap was faulty and the pharmacist pushed it all the way down. Had to bust open the container and put my pills in a separate bottle;
Second experience: was told items would be ready in 20 – 25 mins. Came back way after 20 – 25 minutes and my item had not even begun being processed.
This is an overworked and disorganized pharmacy.
Lesson? I appreciate my regular pharmacist now more than ever. Twice burned. Will never go back to this place again! What appears to be a convenience ends up being a major inconvenience. Thankfully I don’t suffer from high blood pressure.
