Re-Wrap Custom Upholstery

My dog ruined my leather couch cushions and the guys at Re-​Wrap did such a great job fixing them at a very competitive price. They even went above and beyond, by offering to fix the zippers and surrounding material without me even asking, and at no extra cost after they’d already quoted me. Top quality work, would recommend highly.

Re-​wrap recovered 6 massage tables for us recently. Their service was exceptional! They were on budget, on time, professional and courteous. Highly recommend them.

I had a horrible experience with Re-​wrap Custom Upholstery and am extremely disappointed with the way the owners treated me as a customer. The owners were rude, ganged up on me, yelled at me and basically brought me to tears because they refused to accept any culpability that a chair may have been damaged as a result of decisions that they made and recommended to me. It was a mid-​century piece of sentimental value and I trusted them. The chair broke and cracked and they basically said it was because the chair was «old». They refused to accept even the slightest possibility that their actions in any way played a possible role in damaging the chair. They made me feel like I was in the wrong and had no reason to be upset that a chair that wasn’t broken was being returned to me broken. The re-​upholstery of the cushions was fine, but I should never have allowed them to do any structural work. I felt that the owners were arrogant and could not believe the way they treated me as a client. In my opinion, they have very poor customer relation and people skills. They kept yelling at me and saying that they’ve served thousands of clients and have never had a complaint in an attempt to intimidate me and make me feel bad for voicing my concerns and unhappiness with the quality of their work. I do not recommend them.
