I came in to resize a vintage Scandinavian gold ring with a white stone. It took about 1.5 weeks for them to send it away and come back, and cost about $ 55 to size the ring down. Generally good service.
I’m giving them 3 stars because when I gave the ring to the lady to look at for resizing, she grabbed it — proceeded to look at the ring under a microscope, and proclaimed it wasn’t ‘real’, though logically this ring did in fact exist in space and time. So that was a bit confusing, and perhaps rude?

Absolutely the best kept secret in the Junction. I had several pieces of jewelry redesigned. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with. I have told all my friends about my experiences at the store and they have also visited and have been very happy.

Brought and old antique ring here for resizing. I was so hesitant to leave it anywhere but I was assured it was in safe hands. We also had another ring cleaned at the same time. The result we got back was amazing neither rings had looked better. Great little atmosphere and family owned feeling. I would recommend this place every time! Also bought a ceramic eeyore figurine, they have lots of licensed collectables!
Edit– 7 months later we went back to get some things for our upcoming wedding. This place constantly exceeds your expectations. Rare gem.
