Public Mobile

Been with Public Mobile for 3 years with good service and no problems until Telus bought them. Now it seems that Telus is trying to destroy this company and frustrate all their customers so they quit. They made me buy a new cell phone in Feb 2014 saying they were switching to the 3G network. Now I find out ONE MONTH LATER that I will have to purchase another NEW PHONE in May 2014 because they will be switching to the 4G network and this one will not work. Yet they are still selling these soon to be useless phones to the unsuspecting public. Most of their customers are lower income and cannot afford to buy a new cellphone every few months. Now Telus is trying to buy Mobilicity. The government needs to stop this monopoly of cellphone service providers.
UPDATE: Because of all the bad publicity, Telus is now offering Public Mobile customers 2 months of free service OR a free used phone
