Potala Gift Shop & Book Keeping Services

I bought gloves from here. They were 9.99 and I waited to buy them since the owner seemed friendly and said he was closing the shop so I wanted to help and waited till his shipment arrived. It was about 2 weeks that I waited and then eventually bought the gloves.
I have several pairs as any other Canadian on the street (and another pair that works with the iphone screens) so I didnt use the pair I bought for several weeks. However, when I did use them, I noticed tears along each of the finger and holes… so basically useless… I called the owner (JD) and told him that these gloves tore on my first use. He became agitated and said its been over a month and it didnt matter if I was using them for the first time, and didnt even agree for me to bring it in so I could show them. In fact, he started hurling racial slurs at me. I have never ever heard or seen someone get so agitated esp since he seemed so friendly in the beginning.
Its only 9.99 but its a matter of principle to at least be nice to a customer and decline politely.
Im glad such shops are moving out of my neighborhood. Good riddens.
PS: It does not deserve 1 star by the way!
