Lovely, lovely, lovely! This store is beautiful! It is jam packed with practical, well made, well thought out, mostly Canadian clothes and other great stuff. The buyer has a fantastic eye and the merchandising is amazing. You will surely find the perfect gift here.

An adorable store full of quirky, unique baby and kids items. They have adorable shoes and unique clothing in wee wee sizes, as well as hipster children’s art-​prints, and high end brands. The owner is always nice to chat with and knows a lot about the items. Pricey but well stocked with unique items.

I came across Planet Kid not at their actual location but at the One of a Kind craft show that hits Toronto a couple of times a year. Having a friend’s newborn to think of, I came across their booth that was packed with children’s clothing. I saw their line of comical bowling shirts made specifically for tots and was sold. Who can resist a bright-​red bowling shirt with «wrecking crew» scrawled across the back?
In talking with the proprietors, I discovered their shop was just around the corner from me. This makes it pretty handy for me when I’ve got to go and get stuff for friend’s and relatives kids, and don’t want to get them conventional fare. I leave the purchasing of cuddly cute animal-​themed clothing to the grandparents. I’d rather get the kids something fun. Planet Kid provides.
With other lines of clothes for kids available, they’re all pop-​culture based. The bowling shirts are, in my opinion anyway, the way to go. Cute, cool, and durable. What more do you need?
