Our goal here at Pimentón is to give you the ingredients, tools and skills you need to bring the Spanish experience home with you in a way that is both consistent, affordable and as simple as a visit or class here at the cooking studio. Instead of spending countless dollars on expensive restaurant meals for that true Paella, Pimentón provides you with tecniches you need and shows you how to use them when you bring tasty pieces of Spain home to your kitchen!

Highlighting what local farms have to offer by way of organic, environmentally-​friendly ingredients, Pimentón features a every Saturday at Brickworks Market a take-​out menu that changes depending on product availability and the seasons — ensuring nothing but the freshest dishes. Blending traditional Mediterranean values with the diverse modern concerns of today’s citizen, we take dishes from the past and infuse them with modern flavours. From gluten-​free dishes to tasty bocadillos (Pimentón’s very own grab and go sandwiches) to the environmentally-​friendly compostable packaging, Pimentón is the place.
