This studio specializes in detailed instructions. The students understand feel and sense their body in a deep level. Connecting mind and body. Suitable to those who experience low back issues, knee injuries, weak neck and to those who wish to be able to listen to their own body.

Beginners classes

Mondays and Thursdays (new students) suitable to those who have none or little experience in Pilates.

Intermediate — Advanced classes

Mondays and Thursdays (Intermediate — advanced students) Suitable to those who are healthy and strong and wish to challenge more their bodies.

I have been working as a Pilates instructor specialized to Pilates rehabilitation for the last 13 years.

I love working with groups and I really give the best of myself when it comes to bodywork and healing.

I have experience working with students of all levels and creating classes upon their own special needs.

I organize Meditations classes the last 8 years and I have been practicing on Shamanism for more than 3 years.

I share from my heart my knowledge about Earth (Body), Waters (Emotions), Winds (Mind) and Fires (Spirit).

During the summer I organize retreats and healing workshops in Greece.
