Going to the dentist is no longer a chore. Everything about this place is wonderful! Dr. Friedman is thorough, professional, and funny. He takes care to meet every new patient and go through their dental history in order to get a comprehensive understanding of their teeth. His hygienist is also friendly, and gentle with the tools.
Best of all: you get to zone out and watch TV with headphones while the work is being done. No more sounds of drilling. You can tone it all out and the cleaning goes by as if it never happened! No pain.
I highly recommend Dr. Friedman. My new dentist for life!

I hate going to the dentist but I kinda liked my first experience! That’s worth 5 stars as a dentist phobic like me never thought she would say that… ever. All the staff are kind and friendly. I had zero pain. I even laughed a whole bunch. Actually looking forward to going again :)

Dr. Friedman and his team are amazing. I have been a client for over a decade and they have consistently been very responsive to my needs. Dr. Friedman knows his stuff and is always looking out for his patients’ best interest. My dental hygientist is so thorough and gentle. The whole team, including Laura at the front desk, is über friendly and über professional. I called recently to ask about a throat issue and Laura fit me the same day and within 15 mins of walking in, I was seen by Dr. Friedman. He gave me great advice. Total time in and out was under 20 minutes. At Dr. Friedman’s, it’s actually fun to go to the dentist and I can’t say that about a lot of things in life. :)

I picked Dr. Friedman’s clinic because of the language he uses on his web site; it shows intelligence, yet his tongue-​in-​cheek humor shows a relaxed attitude. I have since visited with him and his staff and found them to be competent, honest, and warm. From Laura the office manager to Teresa the dental assistant and Stacey the hygenist, I was pleased to interact with all of them. Not only did Dr. Friedman not jump to offering me a treatment that I didn’t need (crown), he analysed why the problem occurred in a way that my previous dentist did not. Dr. Friedman doesn’t over-​charge and delivers quality dental care that is the product of over 28 years of practice. Highly recommended!

Great experience. The dental hygienist did a great job. Dr Friedman has a good humor and make you feel comfortable. They are all very professional. The receptionist is very nice and sweet and takes the time to explain you everything.
I enjoyed watching the TV during my cleaning. The time went faster.

Friedman is the best and the staff and dental hygienists at Dentistry at Wellington and over the top friendly and professional. I’ve recommended Friedman a number of times to friends and they all love him too!
The new office on Wellington is cozy and as the sign out front says, the magazines aren’t from 1975, in fact Friedman only keep the best magazines in stock — latest New Yorker, hello!
I think the best part of the experience is your very own tv with remote control. Yes that’s right, you can watch television while getting a cleaning. Can’t do much better than that. He also keeps Hello Kitty dixie cups on hand. So cute! Also, don’t forget your complimentary tooth brush, floss and lip balm on your way out. The best!

Let’s face it, I love my dentist!
He’s really nice, never tries to talk me into treatment I don’t need and has even discouraged me from treatment that I wanted and he didn’t feel was necessary.
His office is super clean, the staff are amazing.
Dr. Friedman’s office used to be on Front St and it was quite cute, but the new location on Wellington is beautiful (can you even say that about a dentist’s office). When he redesigned his new office he made sure that the patient’s needs were first and foremost… each operatory has it’s own television suspended above the chair so you can watch your favourite program while getting your teeth cleaned.
They submit your dental claims electronically, if your insurance company allows for that. He’ll even allow patients to postdate their payment for up to one month following treatment as they wait for their insurance company to reimburse them… though my insurance company usually deposits the payment in my acount within a couple of business days after receiving the electronic claim from Dr. Friedman’s office.
Dr. Friedman is alway very nice and makes sure to explain everything to you, he’ll answer any questions you may have without making you feel like you’re an idiot. He’s also really good at small talk which goes a long way to making people feel comfortable.
Let’s face it, a lot of people hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Friedman and his staff actually make a visit to his office quite, dare I say it, enjoyable.
