History
Established in 2003.
French master pastry chef Thierry Schmitt with over 30 years of experience in artisanal baking. He was a gold Medal winner at the prestigious European Fair Strasbourg France in 1991.
He taught post-diploma courses in French baking, pastry art and advanced patisserie art at George Brown College, Toronto. He perfected his cake, pastry, chocolate and sugar talents while leading a team of pastry chefs and apprentices.
