Went here to look for my hubby’s mask for the recent Unilocal Elite Masquerade. Didn’t want anything too $$ for one night. In the end, got a nice cheap gold mask :) There were still some Halloween items left but they weren’t on sale.
I’ve been here before for hitting up items for showers, etc. Overall, I do find the prices a little on the high side but you can get it all done at once. They have basically everything party related from birthdays, showers, anniversary party etc. Lots of different colours and even tiffany themed items. I remember buying tiffany themed paper plates, napkins, cups, etc. for my bridal shower. Also huge aisles for candy buffets omg… candy…
Will likely be back again.

This is your one stop shop to get Halloween costumes and party supplies. It is bigger than most of the other Party cities I’ve visited. However, it is located in an industrial part of town and nearby traffic is usually horrible due to the subway construction. Also, the store is big and the number of employees is tiny. It is hard to find someone to help you look for something, so you are probably better off looking for yourself! One upside is that this place usually have all the costumes in stock, even till one or two days before halloween. Good place to check if you still don’t have a costume on the 30th!
