Bought an item recently and did not live up to the expectation. Took it back today hoping they will do an exchange and perhaps reconsider stocking it in the future. The man there (Peder?) was totally unfriendly and told me a flat out no. I was prepared to not be able to exchange it but not to be treated like it was my fault for buying it!

The selection of vitamins is very good. And their 20−25% occasional discounts make the store very attractive. Unfortunately, their customer service leaves much to be desired. Especially, at this location.

I went here to get a product and made the mistake of asking the gentleman serving me for some information on the item I was looking for. Rather than being helpful, he said «Don’t you know what you are buying?» Avoid at all costs.
