I think I’ve finally found a nice spot for a zen massage. Optimum Health Centre is located in a rather non-​descript building, but inside is a warm and comfortable space without being either too fussy or too clinical. Just the right balance.
My zen shiatsu massage therapist, Changwang, did a great job giving my massage. She followed my lead of either conversing or maintaing silence. She also was very thorough in understanding my problem areas. The massage areas are very comfortable and not clinical, which I like.
I originally came here with a Groupon, and it served its purpose. I found a place I like, and bought a further package at a good deal. It appears they also offer chiropractic and acupuncture if that’s your cup of tea.
