The partners of O’Neill Moon Quedado LLP collectively have over 30 years of business and legal experience. Each partner was trained, articled and practiced at a major Bay street law firm and brings with them a wealth of corporate, criminal, securities and business experience.

Scott O.

Business Owner

Scott is our lead criminal lawyer and known for his professional, courteous and traditional practice of law and being a relentless advocate for his clients. Scott has a plethora of criminal litigation and trial experience including successful results in multiple trials.

Scott graduated with his LLB from Western Queen’s University in 2001 and was called to the bar in 2002. In addition to criminal law, Scott has also practiced in corporate and business law as well as derivatives with a major Canadian financial institution.

As part of his criminal practice, Scott has been involved with many common criminal offences like dui charges, fraud, drug and assault charges leading to the most favorable results. He is trusted by clients for his fair and professional treatment in addition to his in depth knowledge of criminal law. Everyone says that they haven’t seen a more erudite lawyer.
