I could not recommend Niren and Assocaites more! I am a Canadian citizen married to a Canadian/​American whom was relocated for work but because we were not married at the time of his relocation the company would not sponsor me so I needed to apply for a green card on my own. My application went in January 28^th, 2013 and I received the notice for my interview to be on January 8^th, 2014 (processing times are on average 12 – 14 months). I found out I had been approved then and there on January 8^th and was in the US on January 14^th, all in all my application took 12 months to be processed and approved.
Fadi was my lawyer but Laura was the legal assistant I dealt with and she was amazing! She would always get back to me within 24 hours of me emailing or calling her and made what is a stressful and difficult process very smooth and simple. To this day we are in contact as she wants to make sure I have all the correct documentation that allows me to work. I should add that the retainer fee was very fair! I had done A LOT of research on law firms as this was a situation not to take lightly and Niren and Associates came on top when I was deciding who to sign with and are still on top after everything is said and done!
