History

Established in 2010.

Nick and Hilary both started in Real Estate in 2010. In 2011 we started working as a team, in 2012 we launched our website and in 2013 we opened the Cabbagetown Branch Office of Sage Real Estate under the management of Broker of Record and President of Sage Real Estate, Larry Sage.

We really dig our office. Not to be confused with a traditional real estate office space, we’ve taken a pass on formal desks, reception, and cubicles. Instead it’s just a welcoming open-​concept space for us to meet with people and talk about real estate. Plus we are the only sales representatives who work there so there is no question who you are actually dealing with when you walk in the door.

We also use the space to showcase the community where we live and work. In fact, if you have a community oriented or not-​for profit-​event that needs an event space, get in touch. We’d be happy to open our doors for an evening.
