My business is a new start-​up specializing in job coaching and consulting services for adults with high functioning autism or AS. I also offer tutoring services to individuals who are interested in completing their Grade 12 or some community college program. I offer my services in person or through Skype.

My main services include:

1) assessment of interests and strengths

2) preparing resumes and covering letters

3) help with filling out government forms

4) interview role plays

5) advocacy

6) job coaching (both direct and indirect) once a job has been acquired

7) support attending employment programs and college programs

8) ongoing email support (within limits)

9) classical yoga to help with self-​awareness, reducing stress, and inducing relaxation.

I live in north central Toronto, and I am willing to travel along the TTC subway line. If you are outside if my service area or scheduling doesn’t accomodate in person contact, I am available through Skype. Hours are flexible.

History

Established in 2013.

I am a child and youth worker with a background in life skills coaching and classical yoga. I have an interest in working with adults with high functioning autism or AS. This group has the ability to sustain long term employment but face some barriers along the way. I will help with breaking through these barriers.

Business Owner

I have a diploma in Child & Youth Work, and have worked in the field of special needs for 20 plus years, helping people with acauired brain injuries, autism and other multiple exceptionalities. I have also acquired a certificate in Life Skills Coaching in 1996 and Classical Yoga in 2011. My desire is to help individuals with autism focus on their strengths and achieve their true potential.
