History
Established in 2011.
Mariah started Murr’s Menu many years ago, as she began posting some of her recipes online once she started following a plant-based lifestyle to combat health issues that she was facing. What started as a fun food blog turned into a full-blown business a few years later, as she now gets to share her love for creative, whole foods with others.
Meet the Business Owner
Mariah C.
Business Owner
Hey! I’m Mariah, Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert and founder of Murr’s Menu.
I changed my life [and my diet] when I was diagnosed with Chronic Lyme Disease in 2011. I decided to take my health into my own hands, and the more I studied a plant-based diet, the more it made sense to me. A plant-based diet cannot only help prevent disease, but it will help reverse it. Looking back now, I believe my diagnosis was a blessing in disguise. I’ve now found a new passion that I may not have discovered otherwise. Nothing makes me feel as happy and alive as when I’m in the kitchen creating a new recipe, or setting up a photo shoot for my latest creation.
When my diet changed, I started posting recipes online. What started as a fun food blog turned into a full-blown business two years later, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the way things have turned out. I couldn’t think of anything better to do with my time than helping others along a positive road to a healthier and happier future.
