Mini-​Nastics specializes in children’s recreational gymnastics. Classes are available for children and caregivers from as young as 6 months up to 7 years. When children take part in our classes they enjoy the benefits that play has on social, emotional and physical development. Each class is planned and taught by an Ontario Certified Teacher.

Celebrate your birthday party at Mini-​Nastics! Our birthday package includes a specialized one hour class and access to our party room for refreshments. Children will have access to our state of the art equipment and be entertained by our qualified instructors. Each birthday package also includes a loot bag for each child.

Every Thursday night from 6 — 8 pm is Open Gym Night. Stay and play or drop your child off for some Mini-​Nastics fun while you have some much needed adult time!

History

Established in 2014.

Mini-​Nastics was founded by Julie Palmer and Jason Dobson, both Ontario Certified teachers, with over 10 years experience in public and private school systems.

Jason and Julie realized that physical fitness and play were being increasingly overlooked in school settings, as students and schools were put under enormous pressure to achieve high scores on standardized tests. Knowing that physical activity has positive results on academic achievement, Julie and Jason began to explore others ways to bring fitness for children back to their community. Mini-​Nastics was born out of desire to create a positive space for children and families to play, be fit and have fun.

Social, emotional, and physical development are key to creating happy healthy children and communities. Mini-​Nastics is a safe, bright, cheerful and happy place for families to play and be fit. At Mini-​Nastics we strive to create an early love of fitness that will have long lasting impacts on children throughout their lives.
