I’m a Registered Psychologist conveniently located in downtown Toronto. I have over 15 years experience working with adults experiencing a wide variety of personal and emotional concerns. Through my strong connection and extensive work with the LGBTQ community, I am sensitive to the unique needs, issues, and challenges faced by gay, lesbian, bisexual, trans, and queer individuals and provide a supportive and affirming therapeutic environment. I have also developed a special interest and comprehensive skill in helping a wide range of individuals work through and overcome difficulties following traumatic events in my role as a staff psychologist at CAMH.

I offer a caring, supportive approach grounded in empathy, acceptance, and honesty and strive to provide high-​quality, evidenced-​based therapy reflecting the needs, values, interests, and choices of each individual. I provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) — two of the most well-​researched psychotherapies proven to be effective.
