This place is pretty bomb. Really cool barbers and very down to earth. Haircut was quick and the girl cutting my hair was super cool. I never used to go to specialized barber places but now I am converted. A go-to spot if you want a great haircut.

Great and cool barber shop. Found it through a web search and just dropped in, but it has turned into my favorite barber. Why. Because it’s a cool little place with great service, Tin has great attention to detail and the haircut looks great. Almost forgot that I also got my phone charged while getting my haircut. Definitely worth a visit!

Found Manstop here on Unilocal and decided to give it a go. Booking online — simple, efficient and effective. Little bit harder to find(thanks Apple Maps!) but once I realized it was on the EAST side of Duncan, the barber pole outside totally showed me where Apple was wrong. Tin was outstanding — went for a buzz and a beard trim and I couldn’t have been happier with her work, the result I’m THRILLED with. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them highly. Don’t waste time with imitations, this is old school barbering for a new generation. Well done!

This was my first experience at ManStop. I booked my appointment online. One of the easiest online appointment I’ve booked in a while. The shop was immaculate, everything seemed to have its place and was always kept in order. My Barber(Tin) was ready when I walked in, she even knew my name! Tin had an ease to her approach. Made me feel quite comfortable. I was able to close my eyes and take it all in. She took her time and not only gave me one of the best fades I’ve ever gotten! She also gave me a wonderful shoulder massage. All in 30mins! I will be back 100% Tin was phenomenal!

I have long wanted to find a barber shop that is no frills and up to date cutting styles. Great haircut! The staff was very laid back and friendly. Easy to find(look for the barber poles) and reasonably priced. Will be back for sure! Thanks JZ!

Best haircut I’ve ever had! Not only did Krystian do an amazing job with the haircut, he also went above and beyond the regular barbershop experience. I actually felt refreshed at the end of my cut. I like my hair to be a combination of the urban(faded sides) and the traditional(comb-over) and Krystian was able to do the perfect cut. He took his time and didn’t rush it at all and was able to give me the exact cut I wanted(even tho I struggled to verbalize what I wanted). The location is great! Right beside Kanga Meat Pies, in the heart of the Queen West strip. The shop is really nice with great décor, sweet view overlooking Queen West. No longer scared of haircuts! :)

This place offers a quality cut with a cool vibe. The owner Tin is a skillful barber and takes pride in her work. The hot towel at the end is old school pure class. Convenient location right off Queen on Duncan up the stairs.

I’ve been travelling for a while now, and it’s always very hard finding a good barber. We came across this barber, and I tell you what… best haircut I’ve had in 20 years! They are young friendly barbers, but they know their stuff and their skills are perfect! I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Next time I’m in Toronto I’ll definitely be going back.

I’ve been looking for a spot with good fades/tapers but with strong scissor skills. Most places do one thing well but not both. I booked my appointment online — a big plus for me. There are three chairs here but only two were working. One barber was giving someone a bald fade, looked good. My barber(Tin) did a great job on me. She cut it just like I requested and offered her input. Got the hot towel treatment and a quick shoulder rub. Excellent. The quality of the cut sure beats my Koreatown hair cut, but as much as I liked the hot towel, I still prefer a hair wash. The shop is clean and kind of funky with good music — pretty chill. It’s located by a few of my favourite places to eat near Queen and Duncan, so I will definitely be back. Hair cut was $ 28 +tip

Great new place on Queen. Got exactly the cut I was liking for for $ 20. Beautiful location with exposed brick walls and a mix of antique appliances and sleek modern razors. Highly recommended.

This place opened up a month ago. Nice to find a barber shop in the area that doesn’t charge 50 bux. Fade is crisp, and knows how to use scissors for the top. The place itself is different than most barber shops in the city. Exposed brick walls with a nice view to people watch on queen street. Highly recommend.
