I had the best experience at Loki. My daughter needed a haircut and wanted rainbow streaks. Catherine, the owner did a fabulous job of explaining how the color works and which ones would work with her hair color and style. I felt she really cared and was extremely informative. It was top notch service and I found a new hair stylist /colorist for life!

The LOKI Salon in Toronto, a salon which claims to be a Paul Mitchell Signature Salon, is hardly reflective of the services I am used to at other Paul Mitchell Salons. The service is appalling, the hair cut terrible and over all a horrid experience. Following my services there I had a bad reaction to the product used to the point that I sought the advice of a doctor and was put on steroids to calm the reaction. When I informed the owner Catherine, who also did my hair cut, of the reaction her response was that it happens and that I should get tested for things I am allergic to. Nothing even as much as an apology even though I mentioned at the time that the products were used that my scalp had a burning sensation and I wanted the product washed out. Following this, when I informed her that I wanted her to take a second look at the hair cut she was insistent, to the point of being demeaning, that I was unable to tell it my hair cut was even or not, she refused to even take out 15 mins to look at the hair cut to double check and insisted that for her to even check the hair cut I would have to pay a full fees. With such ridiculous service and terrible behaviour, it makes me doubt even wanting to go to another Paul Mitchell Salon, even though I have had my hair cut at other Paul Mitchell Salons in the US for the past 4 years..
