I’m an idiot for going into this place after reading bad reviews from Unilocal. The worst place ever. My left hand can paint better than this lady who did my nails. Instead of getting nails to feel better, I was so mad that I had to pay for such ugly nail paint and not that good of customer service. Other«better» lady came to fix it, it got better but whoa… Seriously… How on earth have they survived business for 10years?!? They got shellac paint on all my skins around my nails and it took them more time to clean after the mess they did than actually doing a proper job. Never going back. NEVER. I thought I was gonna scream at the old lady! I posted the picture of my nails. Look at it. Look at how they painted right above my cuticle area. Are they for real? You charge ppl money for this? You should pay me for letting you practice on me!

This is the only nail place I will go to for pedicures. So thorough, they really get in there!

I called ahead to book an appointment on my lunch break for an Acrylic fill, and also confirmed the price($ 20) with them over the phone prior to confirming an appointment time. one of my nails was broken so one nail required an acrylic overlay instead of a fill, no tip required. for some reason I ended up being charged $ 40!!! apparently what I received was not acrylic, it was UV gel… which I first of all did not ask for, and secondly it was ACRYLICNOTUVGEL. I have been getting acrylic sets and fills done for over 10 years. this was definitely NOT uv gel. I felt ripped off, on top of taking over an hour for the entire process.

I work in the area and only go here when I am desperate. After my last experience with this place I will never go again! Got a manicure with shellac. Took over an hour to do. When the girl finished I looked at my nails and my cuticles were covered in polish. I asked her if she could clean the Polish off the cuticles and she laughed and said it would come off after a few washes. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I paid and left. Not even a day later the Polish on my thumb was wrinkled and peeling off. I went back the next day and asked her to fix it. She only wanted to fix the one nail but I insisted they repaint them all since the girl did such a horrible job the first time. Im sorry, but if you are going to charge $ 35 for a manicure that is supposed to last 2 weeks it shouldn’t look like your nails were painted by a 2 year old. She repainted them, took another hour because she had to scrape my skin to clean up the mess from the last time. Only to have them wrinkle again!!! I showed her the wrinkles and asked her if she thought that looked good. She laughed and said«mistakes happen» Ladies, save your money and go elsewhere. It’s been 3 days since the manicure and all my nails are wrinkled and chipping. Not to mention the manager is extremely rude. Never again!

I’m a regular here. It can get quite busy but the ladies are lovely, and always do a great job!

My go-to nail place for mani and pedi(and gel nail refill). All girls are good and fast. Appointment is recommended as they get really busy sometimes and you have to wait(not good if you go on lunch). They recently upgraded their pedi stations and I love them.
