We are a full service catering company that has proudly catered for many special, corporate and private functions at Toronto’s finest venues. We take comfort in the great resources available to us as caterers. We are able to source our fresh produce daily from local and sustainable markets, helping to better reduce our carbon footprint.

Established in 1989.

Since 1989, Lisa Shamai has built its Lisa Shamai Cuisiniere as one of Toronto’s Premier Caterers. For corporate functions, private parties, weddings and any other conceivable event, we offer the freshest and tastiest cuisine available, along with unmatched expertise and personalized service. Our spacious, on-​site Rainbow Room is our exclusive events rental space perfect for small to medium sized events.

«I started off at home in the mid 80’s, doing everything myself. Slowly we began to bring on some dedicated staff Like Pat our head chef, who started out delivering for Lisa, but through hard work and dedication became the great chef he is today. Now with more than 10 full-​time, and 20 part-​time employees. finding time to cook can be tricky — except of course for my son and inspiration, Ethan, and my dear husband Mike. Our secret to success is maintaining the homemade spirit and integrity in everything we create. Customer service has always been the key here at Lisa Shamai Cuisiniere

Manager

Mike Ryan, a man of many talents is the other half of a dynamic duo. As Vice President and operations manager, Mike takes care of all the details insuring a smooth and successful event. When he’s not in the kitchen, Mike spends his time playing with his band, Bitter Blue, a rock & blues band.

I’ve always loved planning parties, & enjoy doing it here at Lisa’s. I’m spoiled by the food we make, & am excited about sharing it with you! Contact me anytime!
