I’ve made a huge mistake purchasing furniture from this store and ignoring previous bad reviews thinking what could go wrong, it’s just a furniture. Wrong!!! Please, don’t make a same mistake! I’ve purchased furniture for $ 4000 this week and it was promptly delivered within 2 days. Delivery pamphlet instructs you to inspect delivery before signing delivery papers. Delivery guys, however, will not stand around while unpack and assemble some of the furniture. 1 hour after delivery, I’ve discovered that reclining mechanism doesn’t work on one of purchased sofas. I’ve called customer service and being lucky I’ve got a hold of customer serv. representative after only 15 min. on hold. He promised that service technician will schedule appointment within 24 – 48 hour which never happened. I’ve spent whole day yesterday calling cust. serv. department multiple time each time being on hold for 30 – 40 min. before getting disconnected w. no luck. Talking to receptionist, the only info I get is they are busy, leave an info they will call you(maybe). I’ve spend my day today the same way as yesterday, waiting on line, hoping to be heard. This place has one of the worst customer service possible and I will never make same mistake and shop there again and I suggest that you don’t same mistake as I did. Bad reviews are real, this place is disaster.
