Key Features: Nothing special, but a good neighbourhood LC. You won’t find the premium products, limited to the bigger stores — but you’ll find what you need. They have rows of wine, spirits, and beer. If you’re feeling like grabbing a couple of tall boys, or a few bottles of wine for a party, there’s no reason to head elsewhere. If there are specialty products that you’re looking for — well, check the website first to see if they’re in stock. They probably are not. Still — the staff are polite, knowledgeable, and willing to joke around. In my mind, that’s A-OK.

As other reviewers mentioned, this location is way too small to have much of any selection. Okay, of course, if you can find what you want but if not you should go to the big one on St. Clair west of Keele instead. Service is very nice, however.

This modest LCBO isn’t too spectacular, but it serves the neighbourhood as well as could be expected. It’s rarely busy; the most crowded I’ve seen it is during Bloor West Village festivals, when Bloor is open to pedestrians and there are beer tents further down the street. There’s no parking for this LCBO, but there is a municipal self-serve pay lot right behind it. You’d have to be jinxed to get a ticket while stopping in just to get some beer or wine for the evening. Since it’s in Bloor West Village, despite its small size, this liquor store still carries Ukrainian(Slavutich and Lvivskaya) and other eastern european beers. But for any other special selections, or gift packages, you’d probably want to check out one of the larger LCBOs.
