Thomas M.
Business Owner
Thomas J. MacLennan draws on more than 26 years legal experience in family law in Ontario. He is an experienced lawyer offering a broad range of legal services, from litigation to alternative dispute resolution. His experience includes advocating in financial disputes and custody and access disputes. He also negotiates agreements and assists clients through alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration.
As a litigator, Thomas has extensive trial experience in the Ontario Courts including the Superior Court of Justice. Thomas is a past instructor in the Family Law Section of the Law Society of Upper Canada’s Bar Admission Course and a past executive member of the Family Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association. He is currently a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association and the Advocates Society. He is a past volunteer with Lawyers Feed the Hungry.
