Party of four. Dinner. Ordered batchoy, tapsilog, pork bbq and isaw.
Batchoy is not bad, at par with other batchoy we tried around Toronto but nothing special.
Tapsilog, the meat is hard to chew and doesnt even taste like Filipino tapa. I think cooking is limited that’s why the egg is cooked in the microwave.
Bbq is also hard to chew. The isaw is «malansa», there’s an after taste.
$ 2.75 for a pop in can. Paid $ 58.
We went here becuase of the fair review from Unilocal otherwise we will not actually dare to try.
I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant, I’m sorry. Our friday family dinner… Failed!

The Batchoy taste so homey. The Isaw on stick it’s the best isaw in Toronto. The Beef steak and Empada are so tasty. Thanks to LaPaz Batchoy. It’s good to feel like your home.
