I placed an order for a beautiful arrangement last week to surprise my girlfriend on our anniversary date today. it was noted that it was an anniversary gift. I was expecting the flowers to be delivered in the AM. What’s the point of the surprise if its delivered EOD??? It’s already past 2PM in the afternoon and they haven’t made the delivery. I understand that the delivery hours are between 6am — 6PM. BUT, her office is at Yonge and Bloor. I can’t see how it is possible that a delivery so close would take till end of day! It’s a big disappointment in my opinion. For $ 12.95 delivery service, I could call Über to pick up and there’s even enough cab fair for the driver to deliver right to her office.

Customer service could be better. Wasn’t the best customer experience I’ve had and the flower quality were just «okay». Flowers were wilted and probably wouldn’t have lasted long. There are much better places elsewhere and online.

I think these guys are the best downtown florist. Their stock is fresh and lasts well, they have great design style and their prices are reasonable.

I called Ladybug Florists to have a flower delivery sent last minute to a friend living in Toronto. They were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure my order made it to its destination that day. They were very accommodating and helpful, saving the day, and making the birthday girl who received the flowers feel very special. I will definitely go to them again if I need flowers delivered.

I’ve gotten msny things from LadyBug over the years, and have always been pleased or impressed. Ive gotten plants that threy have repotted, bouteniere for my lapel, as well as fully desgined and arranged flowers. They are very helpful and most of the time pay attention to the details. Ocassionally you can be served by a minimum waged non-​floral person and this can throw you a bit once you’re used to the 20+ year pros that mostly help me there. Overall though, extremely well done!

Don’t waste your time or money coming here. We came in to buy some flowers before a dinner party, not knowing we’d waste the next hour and $ 45. We asked for a small arrangement of cut flowers– weren’t too picky, just wanted something nice to bring w us to our friends house. The guy shows me the walk in refrigerator where a bunch of half wilted flowers were kept. Then he closes the door, leaving me in there by myself to select which flowers.
I quickly come out and ask if he can assist me in the selection because I don’t have a clue on floral arrangements. He comes in and then tells me he’s not a floral designer. And that if I want flowers I should just buy the prearranged ones that were sitting out in a stale bucket of water in the middle of the shop. The flowers looked as pathetic and unattractive as a grocery store/​corner store bouquet. Half dead, or limp. Colors that clashed terribly. At this point we’ve lost 20minutes just being baffled. So we quickly just pick one anyhow because we didn’t have time to go find a different florist. We then watched this guy «wrap» the flowers in Kraft paper in the worst clumsy, lumpy looking bundle. I’m pretty sure my 4yr old niece could’ve done a better job.
If you want to show up to a friend’s dinner party w the ugliest, overpriced flowers and feel frustrated all the while, this is the place to go!

I have been on line ordering from Ladybug for years. I live in Vancouver and my family is in Toronto. They have never let me down both in quality and delivery. It is great to know that there is a reliable service after so many nightmare internet flower experiences. (Also courierr charge within the GTA is reasonable).

Best service in Toronto and lovely arrangements. My friend sent me flowers but I was away for a family funeral. A week later, when I came back to my condominium, there was only a card from them and I did not know whom to thank for the flowers. When I called Ladybug, they gave me the name of the sender and replaced the vanished arrangement. I will be forever thankful to Ladybug for being so nice to me in a time of grief.

Have never stepped foot in the actual store, and the website is a pretty standard flower shop template that many florists use, but the service has delivery has been impeccable the last two times I used them.
I called them in person the first time to confirm that the online order had gone through, and they were very friendly. They said that their online system is accurate and that there was no need to call to check. This appears to be the case, as you’ll be sent an email notification when your order is processed (which happened for me about an hour after I submitted it on a weekday).
Ordered a Christmas bouquet online at 4:40pm on Thursday, December 18^th for delivery on or before December 24^th. Was delivered on the Saturday afternoon. Recipients loved it.
Prices are very reasonable — they have over-​the-​top stuff, but also very lovely and elegant arrangements for $ 55. Comes out to about $ 77 after delivery ($ 13) and tax ($ 9).
After having a few other Toronto flower shops screw up or forget about my orders, I’m not taking risks with anything else — this is my go-​to flower delivery service from now on!

Friendly, fair priced, SUPER service. They are almost half the cost of another florist that I’d called. Strange thing; Ladybug is 7 km from the delivery location. The other florist is less than 300 meters. Ladybug delivers similar flowers, and they keep my account data on file for those «repeat» moments (I send a lot of flowers to the same person).

I have to say given the write ups i was expecting more. The woman who took my order didnt deliver. The arrangement of roses and tulips didnt work (the tulips were way too short for the roses) very dissapointing given how expensive they are.

I ordered flowers as a thank you from out of the country. The woman I spoke with on the phone was friendly, extremely helpful, and creative. She helped pick out great flowers and they were delivered within 2 hours. If I ever need flowers in Toronto again, I’ll be sure to call Ladybug.

I ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend on valentines day from LBF. The delivery guy (who does not work for them) damaged the order but after contacting ladybug they offered to send a new one the next day free of charge. Can’t really have a bad experience with customer service like this.

I frantically called Ladybug florist to have flowers delivered at the very last minute (please don’t tell!).
I live in California and this florist is in Toronto so it was hard to determine what I was going to get.
They were incredibly helpful, suggested appropriate flowers for the occasion, charged me a reasonable amount, and delivered a gorgeous arrangement a few hours later. I know it was gorgeous because my family sent me a photo!
Thanks to Ladybug Florist I might win the best girlfriend ever award (at least for today.)

Just got off the phone with my mum who is SO happy with the bouquet she received for Mother’s Day — her bouquet had all the varieties she loves (and that I requested) and was delivered in a beautiful wrapping. I love that I can trust Ladybug when I am so far from home and they do it perfectly every time. I also appreciate that they keep records about my previous orders and know which varieties I never want to include. Always great and friendly service on the phone too!
Would highly recommend and will be back for more soon.

This is a really strange review to write.
Why?
Because Ladybug Florist f*cked up my online order, yet I’m still giving them 4 stars.
After reading all the rave Unilocal reviews, I went ahead and ordered an arrangement for my friend who was about to go in for a surgery in two days. I noted on the order that the delivery should be made around the end of the day the following day.
My friend called the next day to chat and didn’t mention receiving the flowers, so I knew something went wrong. I emailed Ladybug to inquire.
The reason I am still giving them 4 stars even though they messed up an order, is because the follow up customer service was absolutely amazing and I was really truly well taken care of.
A sales rep immediately called and apologized saying that for some reason they had messed up the delivery date. He asked if they could send a bouquet for free to my friend.
The next day, the owner of the shop followed up and was truly horrified that they had messed up my order.
They sent me a lovely card in the mail, reimbursed my money and still sent an absolutely gorgeous arrangement to my friend free of charge for their error.
I really felt that the business owner and staff here were appalled at their mistake and really went above and beyond to fix things for me even though I was a first time customer.

I was in a rush and needed a bouquet for a friend’s graduation. I walked in after they just opened and the florist was super helpful and fast. I walked into the fridge room with him and let him know what I liked, what colors I wanted and my price range. He took everything into consideration and gave me the perfect bouquet.
Flowers are super fresh and high quality. The bouquet looked so good I didn’t want to give it away!

I’ve been to the shop 5 times this year, and buy arrangements for special occasions.
The customer service is just outstanding. The flowers are always fresh and wonderful. Always something interesting to add to an arrangement.
The sales associates are very helpful and always very attentive. They arrange the flowers so beautifully (very European), and they do not charge you extra for the tissue used, the raffia as some other places do.

Living in the neighbourhood, i’d always be walking by and admiring their plants and flowers for sale. Their window displays are great! They frequently had sale items out on the sidewalk that tempted me into the store. I wouldn’t really NEED that cute succulent… but would always end up buying something.
the staff were always super friendly and very helpful. I never had anyone be snooty or too busy to answer my questions.
