I had a wonderful Yoga Thai massage with Petr. This was my first time with him and the entire experience was amazing. He is well versed in his profession and very skilled with his hands. We had a lovely conversation and he gave me great advice on techniques I could do on my own to help with the issues I was having. I would love to come back but I think he fixed the issue! This was my first visit with Petr and it was fantastic! He came highly recommended by a good friend and right from the start, I felt at ease in his space: his energy is warm and welcoming. My shoulders have been where I carry stress for as long as I can remember so they’re permanently stiff. During the session, he worked with a technique that released the tension in my shoulders, neck and arms without causing pain or discomfort. I could feel as the tension dissipated in each area as it was happening. He also recommended some simple stretches that I can (and will do) every day to lessen stiffness. I feel very relaxed and will definitely return for another visit!

Petr is one of the best specialist i happen to know. He has magic hands and he knows how to help you. He helped many people that we know and we are very happy to share our experience with him.

I have had major back issues over the past 8 years. I have seen a hand full of chiropractors, other massage therapist, physiotherapist’s etc… & Petr was the only one to finally figure out my big issue which was my erector muscles. My back would go out to the point that I could not walk 3 – 4 times a year. I have been seeing Petr since my last episode in April 2014 & have been doing his recommended targeted stretches, foam rolling techniques & sauna. Petr is the best!!! Petr has been treating me for 7 years now and is absolutely fantastic! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in human anatomy, physiology, pathology and massage treatment but Petr is truly gifted with healing hands. He is professional but also very personable. He is caring and compassionate. I have a spinal cord injury with some muscle-​loss and permanent nerve damage but I am still very active and require regular treatments. Petr always attends to my concerns during our session.
Last year I developed benign paroxysmal postural vertigo and visited my family doctor who wrote me a prescription for a pill to mask the symptoms but it didn’t work. When I told Petr about my condition, he knew right away that the problem developed as a result of tension in the tiny muscles around the ears. After treating me, it went away.
I highly recommend Petr if you are looking for a massage therapist.

I’d like to think of myself as a fitness/​sports enthusiast and I endure at least 5−10hours of physical activity a week. Additionally, I have a sedentary desk job that has me sitting for 40hours a week, which doesn’t help my posture. I’ve had chronic neck, shoulder and back pain for years that caused awful tension headaches that I would get almost daily.
My insurance benefits only allowed for one massage every 35 days or so, and I would suffer in between until my next session. I recently had my first massage by Petr at Ko-​Chi, and I highly recommend his professional health care services. I’ve had at least two dozen different massage therapists in my lifetime, and Petr is the first to really relieve the chronic pain I’ve been in.
He explained what he was going to do before he did it and made sure I was always comfortable with his pressure. More importantly, he immediately knew where my knots were, and he used a pressure technique I’ve never had done one me before where I would rate the pain/​tension on a scale and he’d work my knot until it was virtually gone. Each knot in my back was addressed one by one and I had zero tension by the time the session was over. I was in bad shape when I got to Petr, so was thankful I booked a 90 minute session.
I 100% endorse Petr at Ko-​Chi for your next massage therapy session. I was able to see him at the Wellness Clinic on Roncesvalles and Dundas, but he also makes house calls for your convenience! His professionalism, knowledge and skilled hands have won my business. I will definitely be using his services for my therapeutic needs going forward.

Petr knows his stuff. I am a regular to massage but never had someone find my knots right away and work them out. Petr is very thorough and professional. Would recommend him to anyone that needs a therapeutic and helpful massage without a doubt.
