History
Established in 1974.
In 1974 6 condo owners could not decide the order of importance of the commen repairs. We inspected the property for a fee, produced a report and estimates for the work. Over the years I have taken courses and in addition to Master electrican and Gas ll Lic I am qualfied most Ontario Building Code.
