History

Established in 2007.

Richard and Stephen founded IGB Real Estate Canada Inc, which now operates as Kipling Real Estate Canada Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Kipling Real Estate Group. Their first Canadian acquisition was the 150,000 square foot retail village at Mont –Tremblant, Quebec, which was successfully syndicated to German investors. Mont –Tremblant is now part of a larger portfolio that the Kipling Realty Group asset manages that includes retail properties in New York and California and multi-​family residential properties in Georgia and Texas.
