For a library that is part of an outdoor plaza, it’s pretty big. It nothing fancy, decent room and it program room can double as study room when not used. Thou it usually under staff. It can get busy and noise.

This was a major hangout place for me in the past. It’s surprisingly large for a plaza library and there’s lots of places to sit. They renovated through the mid-2000s and opened back in August 2009. It’s much better than it used to be. Staff are somewhat nice, some are a little more on the mean side. There’s also a nice meeting/quiet study room and washrooms are generally clean. There used to be a Protech Media Center in there but they moved not too long ago. There’s also a TV in the teen’s area that plays local Rogers cable channels. It’s a little noisy. Hours are pretty bad for a library of its location.

Nice location BUT too noisy. They need to strictly enforce a quiet section.

Kennedy Eglinton Library is located in a strip plaza right at the North West corner of Kennedy and Eglinton. Great location since it is just across from the Kennedy Subway Station and has ample parking. The branch though is quite small but is quite sizable for a library that is inside a plaza. Limited collection of books… good to just chill and use their Wifi if you are in the area. Not too many quiet area due to its size… you won’t find me napping here! :)
