Dr. Ken uses the unique C3 program to customize a treatment plan for your body. C3 stands for Customized, Checking and Communication. By constantly re-checking your tests that are painful, Dr. Ken is able to optimize your treatment to decrease those painful results. The goal is to leave each and every session better than when you came for that session.

Dr. Ken treats you and only you during the 20 minute chiropractic sessions. The average chiropractic session is 7 – 8 minutes with some chiropractors leaving the room to treat other people.

Dr. Ken treats many triathletes and runners but also all of the various athletes including top swimmers in Canada and world ranked Tae Kwon Do fighters. Dr. Ken is the medical team lead for the upcoming Pan Am Games in Toronto. Previously Dr. Ken has experience as chiropractor for Judo Ontario, The North American Police Soccer Championships, and as The British Team Chiropractor for the European Veterans Athletic Championships.

History

Established in 1995.

Dr. Ken went to England right after graduation to broaden his horizons as a chiropractor. Here he was given an opportunity to be the chiropractor for the British Team for the European Veterans Championships.

After returning to Canada Dr. Ken found opportunities to do some work for Judo Ontario, and the North American Police Soccer Championships while based in Brampton. He longed to be back in Toronto where he lives. Now he loves it here in downtown Toronto where he practices chiropractic.

Dr. Ken is constantly taking seminars, researching scientific articles for his blog posts and constantly trying to improve so that he can help you better.
