This sweet spot has happily become my go to shop for the latest & greatest in swimwear & intimates conveniently located in the heart of the fashion district. They never disappoint with their array of well made & stylish suits that they refresh what seems like weekly. The service is refreshing as they never push sales, on the contrary they try to discover your personal sense of style & fit and are honest with their feedback. They are also ahead of their game appealing to the more shy clients with a very successful online store and monthly sales that will keep you returning when in the neighbourhood. Nice to see these ladies showcasing so much style & flava, I wish them ever continued success, I’ll be a frequent fan hands down!

So disappointing! I have been a loyal customer of Kallone since it opened on Queen St. in Toronto. Today I had to go there to return a bra that I bought a few weeks ago. I only wore the bra twice but it broke and essentially fell off me while I was wearing it.
When I came, the salesperson first comment was, «Oh, this was final sale!» I said, «Yes, but it is broken and I only wore it twice.» She replied, «But it was over a month ago and only ten dollars!»
Indeed! If it was «only» ten dollars, why don’t you refund me the money? Apparently, $ 10 is more important for this store than a customer who spent hundreds of dollars there over the last year!
Then she said, «I can sew it right now for you» What an amazing offer! Eventually, she agreed to give me a store credit, which I was totally happy with. The problem was not $ 10, but the attitude! I didn’t come to return the item because I had to get $ 10, it was a matter of principle as I only wore the bra twice.
It is even more disappointing because I always got great experiences in the store before:(…

I placed my first order with Kallone last week and was so pleased with not just my product, but the customer service. I had to look high and low for an older B Swim brand exercise pant that I loved, but could not find on any US websites. Kallone had the item, and at a deep sale price. Even with the international shipping, total price was still a good deal. I received prompt notice that my order was placed, then again when it shipped. (My only wish was that the shipping notification had come with a tracking number.) The item was packaged appropriately, arrived in a timely manner, and best of all… enclosed was a hand-​written thank you note from Kallone customer service, thanking me for my order! What a nice, personal touch! Never rec’d anything of the like from another merchant. How sweet!

I ordered several bathing suits online from them a month ago. They never came and they charged me for them. Yesterday I reached out to them to inquire about it. They said they no longer have those items for sale. What a disappointment. So unprofessional. I will never shop there again.

I am writing this on behalf of my wife because she hasn’t stopped raving about this place!
After booking a last minute trip we (she) were stuck for swimwear. I resorted to my trusted Unilocal app to see what was near by and more importantly reviews.
I came across this store with one review (and it was positive). No matter, she was desperate. She walked into the store and immediately greeted by Rachael (the owner).
Aside from the 75% off sale going on she was personable, attentive and made sure that all of my (wife) concerns and wants were met. This is a women’s specialty store including bras, underwear, lingerie and swimwear although their website indicates they include men’s items as well. My wife was a devoted «secrets from your sister» store shopper and she has just found her new women’s specialty store. As my wife put it, she made me feel comfortable and gave me her personal attention and made sure I was happy and getting what I needed.
Not only was Rachel a life saver in this last minute «crisis», she has gained a new customer for life. (Knowing my wife, that’s a big deal!) Based on that this is truly a 5 star place. This is a place I will definitely check out the next time I’m in the market for swim trunks. One thing is for sure, I don’t leave things for the last minute unlike some people. ;)
