Best car wash ever!!! I ordered the car soap with sautéed sponges and tire shine dressing, by far best food in town ! I would highly recommend eating here — you get your car detailed and you get to eat while you wait !!!

Customer service was fantastic, took about 1h15m. Staff was incredibly friendly. I must have waited 5m when I came to pick it up and the staff constantly reassured me it would be ready asap, though I wasn’t in any rush at all. They remembered my name and put the extra effort into customer service.
They are located basement floor of Green Parking. I paid $ 6.50 for parking so be prepared for that.
Quality work for reasonable price. Would recommend /​would return.

Took my car here for a hand wash while I had an appointment in the area. They did a really good job, friendly personnel, and I drove away satisfied overall.
If you do pick up your car after they close, they leave your key at the parking office at the north entrance.
I would be comfortable bringing my car back.

I’m updating my review of KA Car Care. The owner contacted me and offered to re-​detail my car for free. I’m impressed that the owner took the time to actually listen to my concerns and make things right. A+ customer service right there. Not many businesses would ever do something like that. The car looks great now and I am very happy. He also listened to the problems I had and said that he would talk to his staff.
The problems I had with the original service was that staff never contacted me to pick up my car, that the detailing itself wasn’t up to par and that staff were not very professional when I was talking to them (they were laughing and joking around which is okay but not when dealing with a customer). When I called and asked about their location as well, they never told me they were in the Green P parking, so I didn’t know I had to pay for parking until I actually arrived. That would have been good info to know and to tell all customers so they can anticipate the extra cost (especially because I don’t park at the building for work, i just live in the neighbourhood).
Again, really impressed that the owner himself talked to me and has taken all the steps to make sure the problems I had won’t happen to others. I’m certain of this because it is very obvious from talking to this owner that he really, really cares about his business and that he actually goes out of his way to make sure people are happy!

The team here at KA Car Care provide the best service and car wash for the money. Unlike other car washes in the city, I can drive out into sunshine and not see spots on my windshield or side view mirrors. No matter how grungy my car is from the salt/​snow/​slush outside, it comes back out sparkling clean. They are very conscientious, careful, and meticulous in their cleaning, even with the regular washes.
They even change out my winter for summer floormats without asking when the seasons change!
I can’t recommend them enough.
