This is a very small corner convenience store with very narrow aisles and shelves too close to one another, but the store stocks most items that you would need if you’re short on time to go to the grocery store or market. Prices are often quite high, but that’s the price you pay for convenience. I only come here to purchase/check lottery tickets. In addition, I buy fruits during the summer when there’s a small farmer’s stand outside. Occasionally, I would buy flowers or plants from here because selection isn’t too bad and fairly priced or if I’m short on time. Overall, K & P is a good neighbourhood convenience store run by friendly staff.

This is an average convenience store, it has some slightly overpriced cereals, pop, canned soup, plastic utensils and other things that you might need if the weather is terrible and you find yourself nearby. It gets bonus points for having an outside farmer’s produce section in the summer. You can get decently priced, fresh produce and support Ontario farmers. This store always has a good supply of fresh bananas inside. A steady stream of bar-goers drop in to satisfy their cigarette needs on any given night, and many walkers drop in to score a pop or juice.

This is in fact a shitty store. But they have great flowers that are very cheap!
