I received the aquamarine wrap bracelet from my best friend for Christmas. It is the prettiest wrap I’ve ever seen. Beautiful quality and already too many compliments to count. They are having a major sale this week and I might have to break down and buy a few more. Such pretty stones and wonderful workmanship. This is a fairly new company, only a couple of years old. Not sure about the negative reviews, but maybe they went through some growing pains. I would highly recommend!

saw their ads on Facebook and thought I found the ideal Christmas gift for my boyfriend’s mother, a jade bracelet with a rose gold cross. Instead, I received a bracelet of muddy brown beads with a Buddha head– not ideal for a devout Christian. I’ve called and left messages– no one answers the phone. I’ve emailed, and sent feedback via online form. No one responds, so no one is helping to fix their error, and I am stuck paying for a really awful product and still don’t have a nice gift. Avoid this company at all costs– they are nothing more than scammers.

I received a bracelet as a gift. It started to unravel the first time I wore it. I contacted customer service and not only were they unapologetic about the poor craftsmanship but stated that it was over 30 days from when it was purchased and were unable to do anything. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing their product again. Also, if you are buying their jewelry as a present, be warned that you should not purchase it very far in advance because you will lose out on apparently necessary warranty time. So disappointing because the bracelet was pretty and and I probably would have bought something from them myself or as a gift, if it wasn’t for this negative experience!

I ordered a bracelet from this company on May 26th through my Amazon account, it was a deal of the day promo. First their website wouldn’t let me order and I had to call them. I received a confirming email asking me to sign up for an online account in order to track my order, tried more than half a dozen times over a week on three different computers, website never let me sign up. When I ordered they told me 10 – 14 days to make and ship and I would get an email when shipped. After two weeks called and was told there’s a delay of about two weeks in shipping –never got an email about that. Called again more than two weeks later, told would ship that week. Item shipped a full month after ordering and was received broken on June 30th. I tried calling them 3 times morning of July 1st, phone call would be answered, there would be 10 seconds of silence and then an electronic«Goodbye». Finally tried emailing them and am still emailing them as, despite numerous promises, they have never shipped a replacement. Their last email to me was on July 16th that replacement would ship that weekend and I would get an email confirming shipment. I’m still waiting. Stay away, they’re horrible. No information given, no customer care, no attempt to make good on the order. Just a lot of empty promises. Luckily Amazon stood behind its part and refunded my money within 24 hours of my calling them. This company is a bad joke.
